Dhangadi, June 11 Police arrested a couple for killing their daughter-in-law in Kailali. After the body of Kavita Budha of Gauriganga municipality -2 of Kailali was found buried in a local community forest, police arrested Dilli Singh Budha and Lahari Budha, Kavita’s father-in-law and mother-in-law and her husband Jayabir Budha on charges of murdering and burying her. District Police Office Police Inspector Khagendra Saud informed that Dilli Singh and his wife were arrested on the charge of murdering daughter-in-law Kavita. The couple and Kavita had a domestic dispute. Police say Jayabir helped his parents kill his wife. According to Saud’s statement, a preliminary investigation revealed that a family dispute occurred on June 1. Subsequently, Dilli Singh allegedly killed Kavita while she was cooking by striking her with a knife.
