Kathmandu DAO implements time card to smoothen service
File: Kathmandu District Administration Office Kathmandu, January 6 District Administration Office, Kathmandu has implemented a time card to ensure smooth services. Chief District Officer of Kathmandu, Ghanshyam Upadhyay told Onlinekhabar that time cards have been put in place for 10 types of services with effect from Thursday. According to him, this rule has been implemented to organise the service delivery from the administration. People who come to Kathmandu DAO with all the necessary documents will get the service within the specified time. “If people have the necessary documents for a citizenship certificate, it will be prepared within an hour,” Upadhyay said. “We have allotted 30 minutes for organisation renewal, one hour for minor ID cards, and one hour for all other recommendations provided by the administration.” Upadhyay said people will receive their printed passports within 15 minutes.
