Photo: Bikas Rauniar Dhading, May 11 A man in Galchhi rural municipality -8 of the Dhading district, some kilometres west of Kathmandu, has been murdered by using a sharp weapon. Following the incident, locals obstructed the Galchhi-Nuwakot-Trishuli road by demanding a fair investigation into the case. They also torched a vehicle. SP Gautam Mishra, the chief of the District Police Office, says Binod Thapa Magar (28), a local, was stabbed during a fight at a local hotel on Wednesday morning. He succumbed to injuries during treatment at a Kathmandu-based hospital. After that, they obstructed the road this morning. The police have arrested hotelier Saraswati Pandit and her son Niraj as well as four other customers for further investigation and action.
