Govt reduces fuel prices by Rs 3-10/litre
File: A car is being refilled with fuel. Kathmandu, April 4 For the first time in 2023, the government-run fuel distribution monopoly Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced fuel prices. As per a decision made by the NOC board on Monday evening, a litre of petrol is Rs 3 cheaper than the previous price now. Likewise, a litre of diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel are Rs 10 cheaper than their previous prices. No change has been made in the price of cooking gas. Previously, despite the fuel prices going down in the international market, the fuel monopoly had been refusing to adjust the prices .
