Mahottari man found dead, police suspect murder

Janakpurdham, January 4

A man has been found dead in the Mahottari district of southern Nepal. Police have suspected he was murdered.

Indra Dev Jha (52), suffering from partial visual impairment, was missing since Monday evening, but his body was found at around 11 am on Tuesday, inside a hut at MTL Brick Kiln, Aurahi municipality-7 of the district.

SP Krishna Pangeni of the District Police Office says the body has been sent to the Provincial Hospital in Jaleshwar for post-mortem and further details can be known after that.

The police are looking into the case.

EVs steal the show at NADA Auto Show 2023

The auto expo, which started on Monday, has a wide range of electric vehicles with around 60 per cent of its stall being taken up by EVs.
