Chitwan, April 13

One person died in a motorbike-scooter collision in the Kalika municipality of the Chitwan district in southern Nepal on Wednesday afternoon.

The victim has been identified as Raj Kumar Thakuri (21), a resident of Galchhi in the neighbouring Dhading district, informs the District Police Office.

Meanwhile, one person has been injured. He has been identified as Lal Prasad Subedi (23), a resident of Phalebas municipality-3 of the Parbat district and currently residing at Bishalchok, Bharatpur metropolitan city-11 of Chitwan.

The motorbike (Na 15 Pa 3772) and scooter (Bagmati province-03-04 Pra 9517) collided along an inner road in Kalika-2 yesterday.

EVs steal the show at NADA Auto Show 2023

The auto expo, which started on Monday, has a wide range of electric vehicles with around 60 per cent of its stall being taken up by EVs.
