Nepal-China bilateral diplomatic consultation mechanism meeting in Beijing this Friday

Kathmandu, April 4

The 15th meeting of the bilateral diplomatic consultation mechanism between the foreign ministries of Nepal and China will be held in Beijing on this Friday (April 7).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says Foreign Secretary Bharat Raj Paudyal will lead the Nepali delegation to the meeting.

On the Chinese side, Sun Weidong, the vice minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will be there.

The meeting is expected to discuss various issues of bilateral relations.

EVs steal the show at NADA Auto Show 2023

The auto expo, which started on Monday, has a wide range of electric vehicles with around 60 per cent of its stall being taken up by EVs. Brands including BYD , MG , Neta and Wuling have only exhibited electric vehicles. Some importers have given preference to electric vehicles over the company’s petrol/diesel vehicles. Tata , Hyundai , Kia , Great Wall Motors , Nissan and other brands have put both petroleum and electric vehicles on display.
