NEDT Award honours 4 teachers in Nepal

Kathmandu, August 22

Nepal Educational Development Trust (NEDT) held the NEDT Award on August 19.

The NEDT Award, which took place online, awarded four school teachers in Nepal for the project they initiated in a particular school.

Bibas Thapa, a teacher from Gorkshya Secondary School, Hetaunda, won the first prize of Rs 100,000 while Saroj Lamichhane, from Bansa Gopal Secondary School, Hetaunda, was announced the runner-up and received Rs 50,000.

Two other projects by Ghanashyam Adhikari and Moin Uddin received a consolation prize of Rs 10,000.

All four projects will be available to the public on NEDT’s website for future reference.
