Woman dies of snakebite in Sindhuli

Kathmandu, September 21

A woman in Sindhuli has died of snakebite on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as 65-year-old Januki Majhi of Dudhauli municipality-6, informed District Police Office Sindhuli.

Majhi was bitten by a snake on Wednesday. The police said that the daughter-in-law found her injured and took her to the hospital where she breathed her last.

EVs steal the show at NADA Auto Show 2023

The auto expo, which started on Monday, has a wide range of electric vehicles with around 60 per cent of its stall being taken up by EVs. Brands including BYD , MG , Neta and Wuling have only exhibited electric vehicles. Some importers have given preference to electric vehicles over the company’s petrol/diesel vehicles. Tata , Hyundai , Kia , Great Wall Motors , Nissan and other brands have put both petroleum and electric vehicles on display.
