An adult tiger was found dead at Ashok Community Forest in Kachnapur around 7 pm on Tuesday. According to Ganesh Khadka, Acting Forest Officer of the Division Forest Office, Banke, the cause of the tiger’s death in unknown. The health examination of the tiger is being done on Wednesday. According to the locals, the tiger was seen in the village a few days ago. The tiger also attacked the livestock reared by the locals last week. Shyam Shah, conservation officer of the park, said that the same tiger was suddenly found dead on Tuesday. Chitwan, November 26 Two rhinos from Chitwan National Park are being relocated to Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve on Tuesday. The two female rhinos, Puspa and Anjali, have been put in separate cages and are being relocated to Koshi Tapu. Ramesh Yadav, head of Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve, claims that wetlands and grasslands are good for rhinos in Koshi Tappu.
